LeveraginggraphicartsandtechnicalskillstheCreativeDesigner/Developerisresponsibleforthedesignanddevelopmentofeffectiveprintwebvideoandinteractivemultimediasolutionsfortrainingeducationandcommunicationinitiatives.-Designblendedlearningsolutionsusingavarietyoftechniquesandmediaassets.-Inpartnershipwithseniorstaffdesigndevelopandimplementadvancedlearningprojectsthatprovideperformance/accomplishment-basedskillstraining.-ProducedeliverablesforinstructorledtrainingtraditionaleLearningmobileandwebbasededucation.-Photographyandphotoediting.-Equipmentsetupandmaintenanceproductionpost-productionandarchiving.-Audioandvideoproductionandpost-production.-AssistSubjectMatterExpert(SME)withstoryboarddevelopmentparticipateinproductionon-siteandorganizestorageofassets.-Authormotiongraphicsusingartworkandadvanceddesignadaptationforalltypesofmultimediacommunicationandeducation.-Underthedirectionofseniorstaffcompletepost-productionprocessforfinaldeliverables.-Createdesignsforvariousprintandonlinematerials.-Conceptualizeanddevelopinnovativedesignsthatadheretobrandanddepartmentalstandards.-Produce2Dand3Danimationsforcommunicationandeducation.-Draftinitialgraphicconceptsthroughtofinaldeliverables.-Developinterfaceandresponsivedesignwireframesandmockups.-UseSharePointandothercontentmanagementsystemstolaunch/deploydesigns.
