Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Documentation

• Review commercial loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Collect organize and verify borrower documentation and financial information
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and clear outstanding conditions

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with loan officers underwriters title companies and borrowers throughout the process
• Order appraisals title reports and other third-party documents
• Provide consistent updates to clients and internal teams from submission to close

Compliance & Pipeline Management

• Ensure all loans meet company investor and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records in loan origination systems (LOS)
• Manage multiple files simultaneously while hitting deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate loan processing or CRE back-office operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a high-volume pipeline
• Excellent attention to detail and file management
• Clear communicator with solid follow-up instincts
• Ability to review financial documents and identify discrepancies
• Quick learner who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
