As a Client Project Coordinator youll play an important role in helping deliver customer projects on time by supporting our Client Project Management team and ensuring projects stay organized on track and well KindevaPurpose-driven work environmentSignificant growth potentialCollaborative team cultureDirect impact on patient careIndustry-leading innovationThe Impact You Will MakeTransform Lives Through Innovation As a Client Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and operational support to the Client Project Management team for technology transfer and commercial manufacturing projects. Youll help maintain project documentation coordinate meetings track project milestones and facilitate communication between internal cross-functional teams and external clients. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure projects move forward efficiently while supporting exceptional customer Client Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of customer projects. Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings. Prepare meeting agendas capture meeting minutes and distribute action items. Maintain project documentation and ensure project files remain current. Update project schedules trackers dashboards and Gantt charts. Monitor project timelines and communicate status updates to the project team. Assist with preparation of governance presentations business reviews and customer communications. Coordinate information between Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain Engineering Technical Services Finance and other functional groups. Track project deliverables and follow up on outstanding action items. Escalate potential project delays or risks to the Client Project Manager. Support performance reporting and project metrics. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with internal stakeholders and external clients. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in business Life Sciences Engineering or a related field or equivalent of two (2) years of project coordination project administration customer service or operations support experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. PreferredExperience supporting projects within the pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment. Experience working within a CDMO or GMP environment. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects. Physical RequirementsAbility to work in an office environment. Occasional travel between sites or customer meetings may be required. Ability to sit stand and use a computer for extended periods. #LI-Onsite #WH
