We are looking for a Courtesy Driver to provide our customers with exceptional experience. You will be part of a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Applicant must have:

• • Valid drivers license
  • Clean driving record
  • At least 21 years of age

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to drive in all types of weather.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the courtesy vehicle ensuring it is in excellent condition for customer use.
• Provide excellent customer service addressing any questions or concerns customers may have during their journey.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings as required.
• Keep accurate records of trips including mileage and any incidents that occur during transport.
• Communicate and schedule any problems or maintenance needs of the shuttle vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with advisors and other team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain proper etiquette and company confidentiality when communicating with customers.
• Run to the Bank and DMV Office as needed.
• Stock the snacks in the lounge as well as the supplies at the coffee stations. Keep coffee full during day. Clean coffee pots at end of day.
• Monitor the bathrooms periodically during the day to make sure they are stocked.
• Occasionally help with parts runs to Watford City or Sidney.
• Other duties as assigned by Service Manager

WE OFFER:

• $15.00-$17.00 per hour (DOE)
