Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate inquisitiveness investigative skills and proactive problem-solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities.
• Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility.
• Apply advanced knowledge of operations operational tradecraft and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
• Oversee program management throughout the customer organization ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
• Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality.
• Act as the critical connection between field personnel and the Intelligence Community facilitating clear communication and operational alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI and current polygraph
• Bachelors degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases including specific targeting tools
• Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
• Initiative creativity technical excellence and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
• Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Desired Qualifications:

• Customer certification as a CI Officer
• Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience
• Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
• Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices

Basic Compensation:

$195100 to $238400

This range is for the Virginia area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates work location knowledge skills abilities and/or experience clearance level contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
