Counter Sales SupportCustomer Service

We are seeking an experiencedSales Support / Customer Service Representativeto assist with managing customer accounts and placing product orders. This position is not a call center role and does not involve cold calling. We are looking for someone comfortable communicating directly with customers and providing excellent service.

Job Location:

• Farmers Branch TX

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Rate of pay:

• $18-$24 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and process product orders

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs

• Provide product recommendations and suggest similar items when appropriate

• Assist customers with order inquiries and product information

• Support inside sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Job Requirements:

• Previous customer service or account management experience

• Comfortable communicating with customers without scripts

• Ability to understand products and recommend solutions to customers

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with order entry or inside sales is a plus

Training and resources will be provided during the first week to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
