Were looking for a Counter Sales Representative who understands customer service works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right.

The Counter Sales Representative is the face of the Dallas branch. Youll work directly with contractors plumbers and trade professionals who rely on us to keep their jobs moving.

This is a hands-on role that blends customer service product knowledge and warehouse coordination. If you enjoy helping customers staying busy and working as part of a tight-knit team this is a great opportunity.

• Greet and assist walk-in contractors and trade customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products
• Process sales orders invoices returns and exchanges accurately
• Provide pricing and product availability information
• Answer incoming calls and support customer inquiries
• Pull and stage orders for pickup
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean organized and professional counter area
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers

• 13 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Plumbing HVAC electrical or construction supply experience is a plus
• Ability to read invoices part numbers and product descriptions accurately
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Strong communication and multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Team-first attitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing for extended periods
• Working in a warehouse and counter environment
