Job Summary
Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute San Jacinto CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time
Compensation: $40.00 $43.00 per hour (based on experience)
San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment focused on delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in residents conditions
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
Qualifications
- Current California COTA license
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
