Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiasticCorporate Recruiterto join our team! You will source screen and interview candidates for internal positions and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. Youll be a strategic partner for our internal stakeholders build relationships with hiring managers and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

- Location: Remote (can live anywhere throughout the U.S.)
- Pay Range: $70000-$75000/yr (based on experience) incentive based on placements
Key Responsibilities
- Source screen and interview candidates for internal corporate rolesusing various channels like LinkedIn job boards and social media.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor.
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and competitive experience for candidates throughout the process to attract high-quality talent.
Qualifications
- 5 years recruiting experience
- Skilled Trades / staffing industry recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure;meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
- Articulate speaker and writer; established business acumen
