Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Real Estate Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 50 firm in Chicago.

This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions joint ventures acquisitions dispositions financings and development matters for institutional and corporate clients.

36 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience

Experience with acquisitions dispositions joint ventures development transactions and real estate financings

Experience representing investors developers private equity sponsors lenders borrowers and other institutional clients

Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements joint venture agreements loan documents development agreements and other complex real estate transaction documents

Experience conducting and managing real estate due diligence including title and survey review

Experience coordinating sophisticated transactions from initial diligence through closing

Experience with real estate private equity or corporate transactions involving significant real estate assets is a plus

Strong drafting negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment

Excellent client service and communication skills

Strong academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions
