Job Overview
The Copywriter owns written content production and editing across the government Recruitment Marketing program
drafting and refining copy for print collateral such as slick sheets pamphlets brochures and flyers alongside web
email and social content. This is a fast-paced high-volume writing role within Creative Studio working alongside the
Multi-Media Specialist pool and Social Media team with a premium on clean error-free execution and the flexibility to
move quickly between projects as priorities shift.

Write and edit copy for print collateral (slick sheets pamphlets brochures flyers)

Write and edit copy across web email and social channels

Proofread all materials to ensure zero grammatical or stylistic errors

Work quickly and flexibly across multiple concurrent projects

Core Responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for print collateral (slick sheets pamphlets brochures flyers) supporting the Day 1 brand rollout and ongoing event/campaign needs.
• Write and edit copy across web email and social channels in partnership with the Social Media Manager and Coordinator.
• Proofread and edit all written materials to ensure they are free of grammatical spelling and stylistic errors before they go to production or government review.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across every written deliverable.
• Support fast-turnaround requests tied to event materials (15-day lead-time SLA) and campaign launches.
• Collaborate with the Multi-Media Specialist pool to integrate copy with visual design.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in copywriting content development marketingcommunications public relations journalism recruitment marketing or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience producing written content for print collateral (slick sheets pamphlets brochures andsimilar formats).
• Experience developing content for digital marketing campaigns websites social media email marketing videoproduction and event promotions.
• Excellent grammar proofreading and editing skills with zero tolerance for errors in finished materials
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrating range across formats and channels.
• Must be flexible and able to work quickly across multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences formats and communication channels.
• Experience working within brand standards editorial guidelines and approval processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational planning and project coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams field personnel vendors and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
