What Youll Do

As a Brand Ambassador youll work in local retail locations and start conversations with homeowners. Youll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly professional way

• Introduce our window bath and kitchen solutions

• Create interest and answer basic questions

• Schedule qualified no-obligation appointments for sales representatives

• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals

What Were Looking For

We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a long resume. Youll do well here if you are:

• Comfortable starting conversations with new people

• Positive energetic and motivated by goals

• Reliable coachable and ready to learn

• Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses

• Comfortable being active and working on your feet during the day

Previous experience in lead generation retail customer service hospitality restaurants athletics or canvassing is helpful but not required. If you bring the effort well teach you the rest.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Walking and standing in retail and/or event locations for extended periods

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions if at events

• Standing bending and moving throughout the workday
