The Copado CI/CD DevOps Engineeris responsible for designing implementing and managing automated Salesforce deployment pipelines using the Copado DevOps platform. The role focuses on enabling continuous integration continuous delivery (CI/CD) version control release management and environment management to accelerate Salesforce application development while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.
• Integrate Salesforce environments with Git repositories.
• Automate deployments testing and release processes across development QA UAT and production environments.
• Implement branching strategies version control and release governance.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers architects QA teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor pipeline performance and drive DevOps best practices.
• Support automated testing tools and quality gates within the CI/CD process.
• Ensure compliance with security audit and change management requirements.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Git CI/CD methodologies and release management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Understanding of DevOps tools such as Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or similar.
• Knowledge of Salesforce metadata Apex Lightning Components and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting automation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
• Copado Fundamentals or Copado Administrator certification.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Provar Selenium or Copado Robotic Testing.

Total Experience:38 years in Salesforce development DevOps or release engineering with hands-on experience implementing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
