The Coordinator for Student Support is a full-time professional staff member who leads the residential conduct process and promotes a culture of accountability learning and student well-being. This position ensures the fair and consistent administration of the residential conduct process in accordance with the Oklahoma State University Student Code of Conduct and Housing & Residential Life policies. The Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to support student success develop residence life staff and foster an inclusive residential community where students can learn grow and thrive.

Required Qualifications
  • Masters

    Higher Education College Student Personnel Human Sciences or a related field

    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • One year experience with residential education programs or equivalent curriculum knowledge. Experience working with college student population.

Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:

Human Sciences or a related field

Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

Strong understanding of student learning and development; experience using knowledge of student learning and development to develop strategies to foster co-curricular learning in the residence halls guided by student learning outcomes.
