Cooler/Freezer Picker Night Shift Warehouse Associate
Location: Wheeling WV
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 3:30 PM until finished
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Cooler/Freezer Pickers on our night shift in Wheeling WV. This position is responsible for accurately selecting assembling and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced cooler and freezer environment. Team members must be able to work efficiently while maintaining productivity accuracy and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare orders within cooler and freezer storage areas.
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
- Safely move products using pallet jacks forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Meet productivity and performance expectations throughout the shift.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the warehouse team.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
- Must have a clean background and can pass a drug test.
- Must be able to work in freezer temperatures ranging from 0F to -10F for extended periods.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment throughout each shift.
- Ability to lift carry push and pull warehouse products throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand walk bend and stoop for extended periods.
