Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure proper food handling storage and sanitation
• Communicate clearly with the team to keep service smooth
• Assist with prep cleaning and closing tasks as needed
• Work efficiently under pressure especially during peak hours

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on the line in a busy kitchen
• Solid cooking skills and attention to detail
• Reliable punctual and professional
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Food Handlers Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Must be available evenings and weekends
