Under the direct supervision of the Nutritional Services Coordinator/Supervisor the cook will prepare season and cook food for hospital patients staff and visitors. Follows correct food preparation and handling procedures. Performs a variety of cleaning duties.Position Details:

St. Louis/South: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire.
Springfield: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
Washington: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Licensure:
Preferred Experience: 90 days experience in hospital food service.
