Conversational AI Developer - Google Dialogflow CX

Role Overview

We are seeking a Conversational AI Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing developing and deploying Chatbots and Voicebots using Google Cloud Dialogflow CX and CCAI. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Google Cloud BigQuery SQL Looker Studio and conversational AI architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Chatbots and Voicebots using Google Dialogflow CX.
Configure intents entities training phrases fulfillment logic webhooks and APIs.
Build multi-turn conversational flows with contextual routing error handling and fallback mechanisms.
Integrate Dialogflow CX with Google Cloud Functions Firestore and third-party APIs.
Develop webhook and fulfillment services using or Python.
Design and implement Conversational AI architectures using Google Cloud services.
Develop analytics dashboards using Looker Studio BigQuery and SQL to track key conversational and business metrics.
Continuously improve conversational experiences using analytics user feedback and performance insights.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and follow DevOps best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog refinement and retrospectives.
Use JIRA for development tracking defect management and task coordination.
Collaborate with system owners business stakeholders product teams and cross-functional engineering teams.
Analyze integration impacts and provide technical guidance on development and testing activities.
Ensure solutions meet quality security compliance and delivery standards.
Stay current with developments in Generative AI NLP Conversational AI and Google Cloud technologies.
