Controls Engineer

• Troubleshoot and diagnose control system and manufacturing equipment issues.
• Provide hands-on technical support to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot PLCs HMIs control panels sensors instrumentation motor controls and related equipment.
• Review and modify PLC programming and control logic as needed.
• Support equipment startup testing commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Review electrical and controls drawings schematics and technical documentation.
• Work with engineering manufacturing maintenance and operations personnel to resolve equipment issues.
• Document system modifications and technical resolutions.

• Active Q Clearance required.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Controls Engineering Automation Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial controls and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with PLC-based control systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HMIs instrumentation sensors motor controls and industrial communications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
