Controller

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cost accounting and manufacturing finance experience required.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP financial reporting budgeting forecasting internal controls and audit practices.
• Experience managing inventory accounting standard costing and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives employees auditors customers and business partners.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of banking treasury management cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
