Location: Indianapolis IN Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility.

Note: To be considered you must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience at least 3 years of public accounting experience and experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Job Description

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger cost accounting revenue recognition accounts payable accounts receivable fixed assets and month-end close.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls accounting policies and financial procedures.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting forecasting financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Drive ERP enhancements financial reporting improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support treasury tax compliance and regulatory reporting activities.
• Develop mentor and lead a high-performing accounting team while improving processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 3 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI Tableau Sisense Qlik or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Proven leadership communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
