• Manage the general ledger and oversee the month-end quarter-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and revenue recognition for recurring service contracts.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support audits tax filings and lender/investor reporting.
• Partner with operations on route branch and margin analysis to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements and system efficiencies across the accounting function.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA eligible (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and revenue recognition ideally for recurring or contract-based revenue.
• A track record of maintaining internal controls and supporting audits.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred.
• PestPac experience a plus.
• Strong Excel analytical and communication skills.
