Pay Range: $115000 $125000 annually DOE

- Manage the general ledger and oversee the month-end quarter-end and year-end close.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and revenue recognition for recurring service contracts.
- Maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support audits tax filings and lender/investor reporting.
- Partner with operations on route branch and margin analysis to support business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and system efficiencies across the accounting function.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA eligible (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with progressive responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and revenue recognition ideally for recurring or contract-based revenue.
- A track record of maintaining internal controls and supporting audits.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred.
- PestPac experience a plus.
- Strong Excel analytical and communication skills.
