Contracts Specialist

The Contracts Specialist is accountable for managing with manager input all contract administration activities across multiple XTG entities including contract reviews maintenance reporting and lifecycle management. This individual partners with internal stakeholders to provide recommendations and guidance regarding contractual obligations legal language compliance requirements and business risk. The role is also responsible for collecting compiling and reporting sustainability and ESG data to support corporate responsibility initiatives and sustainability reporting requirements in alignment with ISO 26000.

The Exponential Technology Group (XTG) is a specialist in the electronic component distribution and design engineering services industries. XTG is part of the TTI Family of Companies. This is a remote position with the ideal candidate located in the DFW market.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare review revise and administer contracts across multiple XTG entities and organizations by evaluating contract terms using precise terminology drafting contract language and ensuring approval from authorized stakeholders is obtained.

Maintain working knowledge of distribution-related contract terms including compliance trade regulations logistics pricing liability quality intellectual property and sustainability requirements.

Coordinate contract reporting and analytics across business units to support management decision-making and contractual risk management.

Collaborate with stakeholders throughout XTG to standardize contract administration processes documentation and reporting practices. Escalation to XTG/TTI Legal per procedure.

Document workflow using software supported workflow management processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple XTG entities and organizations to substantiate communicate negotiate and authorize special contract terms and contractual requirements.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion both within and outside of the company while handling contracts workflows and confidential information.

Collect validate analyze and maintain sustainability corporate responsibility and ESG-related metrics from multiple entities and functional departments.

Maintain records and supporting documentation related to sustainability and ESG performance indicators in accordance with internal requirements and applicable standards.

Assist in responding to customer supplier investor and regulatory requests related to sustainability ESG and corporate responsibility initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field with 3 years experience in a contract review role lieu of experience candidates with a Juris Doctor (JD) will be considered. Requires strong writing and interpersonal skills. Requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
