Job Description:

The L3Harris Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is seeking its second Cohort of motivated dynamic and high-potential candidates. This prestigious rotational program is designed to introduce early career professionals to multiple experiences within the L3Harris contracts function. Selected individuals will gain knowledge experience and training while having exposure to mentors and leadership within the Finance & Contracts organization. The role requires relocation to sites with the U.S.

Job Duties:

• Assistin the proposal administration and general business process for contractmanagement support to complex multi-year Government Commercial andinternational programs in accordance with Company policies governmentregulations and customer requirements
• Outreach and partner with other key functional areas such as Finance Programs Engineering and Sales on new and continuing programs to ensure desired objectives and outcomes are achieved
• Analyzeassess and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risk
• Preparenegotiate review and execute contracts detailing prices terms andspecial provisions
• Assist in exploring new regulations and contract trends for potential impact on business goals and objectives
• Ensurecompliance with government regulations corporate policies and bestpractices

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in business related field or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
• Willingness and ability to travel and relocate.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $61000.00 MIN - $114000.00 MAX. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $53500.00 MIN - $99500.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
