(Contractor) Recruiter, Supply Chain & Ops

As a Recruiter you will play a critical role in identifying and bringing in the people building and scaling the systems behind our growth. You will help hire the talent that keeps our supply chain resilient our operations efficient and our teams ready to execute as we scale.

In this role you will support Supply Chain Procurement Planning Manufacturing Operations Logistics Supplier Quality and broader Business Operations functions. This is a 6-month contract.

This role is remote with a preference for candidates based in Santa Clara CA; Austin TX; or Toronto ON.

• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain operations procurement manufacturing logistics planning or related business functions.
• Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks referrals niche communities and targeted market mapping.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles calibrate profiles and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Strong candidate assessment and closing skills especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp human and scalable.
