Contractor Access Admin

Purpose: The purpose of the Contractor Access Admin is to assist in the daily operations and duties directly related to the access to the Yellowstone Club of the contractors vendors and employees.

Major Responsibilities

• Interact with contractors and vendors of the Yellowstone Club to provide assistance in matters including access and safety to bolster loss prevention effortsand to offer general customer assistance.
• Answer contractors and vendors telephone facsimile email and mail in a timely manner.
• Meet departmental productivity organization punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
• Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
• Maintain documentation for contractor and vendors including but not limited to access paperwork reports RFID cards updating and maintaining up to date contractor information and weekly drive arounds to ensure jobsites are following our contractor guidelines.

Experience/Education Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years experience in customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Certificates & Licenses

Valid State Drivers License

Computer Skills

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite of Products

Language Ability

Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members guests co-workers vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.

Math Ability

Able to perform basic math calculations.

Work Environment
