POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This role supports Creation Technologies Continuous Improvement strategy by leading and sustaining improvementactivities that enhance operational performance and engage employees at all levels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
- Lead CI projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive measurable improvements in qualitydelivery and cost.
- Analyze processes map workflows and identify waste and variation to recommend targeted improvements that support operational goals.
- Facilitate kaizen events team discussions and improvement workshops to build engagement and supportsuccessful implementation.
- Train employees on basic CI tools and methods to strengthen problem-solving capabilities across the site.
- Review operational data generate project metrics and communicate progress to functional leaders to ensurevisibility and alignment.
- Resolve moderately complex operational issues using structured problem-solving techniques to support dailyperformance improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production quality engineering and supply chain to ensure improvementsare integrated into daily operations.
- Support sustainment activities by validating standard work monitoring performance and escalating risks tomaintain long-term results.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Business or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading CI projects with measurable outcomes.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Lean tools process mapping and data analysis.
- Ability to identify waste conduct root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills for leading events and team discussions.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Minitab or similar software.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence without formal authority.
- Strong organizational skills including project planning and documentation.
