Job Description:L3HarrisTechnologiesis seeking a candidate to analyze and improve sequences of manufacturing / operations and workflows to improve efficienciespertaining tocost/schedule control cost reduction inventory control and all phases of production record systems.The candidate willassistwith establishing methods for maximumutilizationof production processes through improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions:

• Provides continuous improvement support to manufacturing operations and related functional areas

• Lead and support improvement efforts directed towards workflow work sequencing work area layout and standardized work

• Monitor and development improvement efforts to ensure safe and efficientutilizationof time personnel material equipment and capital resources

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants must be pursuing abachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science Quality Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Quality Management Quality SciencesFinanceor related field

Preferred Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow or Green Belt

• Microsoft Office

• Simio

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $18.50/hr - $36.50/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
