JOB SUMMARYHealthRIGHT 360 a nonprofit organization and a family of programs is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services including mental health care residential and outpatient substance use treatment and primary health services. Additionally we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health fostering resilience and facilitating ADAPT is an adult outpatient program that provides culturally competent substance use and mental health services in English and Chinese. Our program offers a strengths-based trauma-informed harm reduction approach. Services include individual group and case management services as well as acupuncture and access to free cultural/recreational events. We also have free community lunches and encourage developing supportive relationships and community. Our goals are to provide a safe and respectful counseling space for people from all walks of life and to reduce the impact of substance use and mental health conditions that lead to healthy meaningful Contingency Management Coordinator provides care by delivering and tracking all Contingency Management (CM) services including drug screens and incentive distribution. The CM Coordinator offers support and encouragement to clients who are engaging in Contingency Management as a strategy to improve treatment outcomes and is the primary point of contact for CM services.
