• Manage contents inventory pack-outs cleaning storage and pack-backs
• Accurately photograph document label and track customer belongings
• Coordinate contents crews and daily project activities
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their belongings and project
• Identify salvageable and non-salvageable contents and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure contents are packed handled transported and stored safely
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
• Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain SERVPRO standards for professionalism safety quality and customer service

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory and documentation skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers during stressful situations
• Leadership experience and the ability to direct a team
• Restoration contents moving warehouse or inventory experience is preferred
• Valid drivers license and ability to pass applicable employment requirements
