What Youll Be Responsible For
As the Contents Division Lead youll oversee specialty cleaning projects and be responsible for restoring and protecting customers belongings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fire and smoke damage cleaning
- Contents inventory documentation and pack-outs
- Pack-backs after restoration is complete
- Residential and commercial general cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Specialty cleaning projects
- Cleaning and restoring furniture and household contents
- Organizing and maintaining our contents warehouse
- Photographing labeling and documenting customer belongings
- Operating cleaning equipment and specialty restoration tools
- Ensuring projects meet SERVPRO quality standards
- Training and assisting technicians when needed
- Communicating professionally with homeowners adjusters and project managers

You dont have to know everything about restorationwe can teach the technical skills. Were looking for someone with the right attitude a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help people.
Experience That Helps
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Fire restoration
- Contents restoration
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Hotel housekeeping
- Janitorial services
- Property management
- Warehouse operations
- Moving and storage
- Restoration industry experience
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Bend kneel climb ladders and work on your feet throughout the day
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Work in residential and commercial environments
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
