As our Content Video Editor youll be responsible for transforming scripts and creative concepts into compelling video ads for marketing campaigns. Working closely with our creative team youll edit high-quality short-form content for platforms like TikTok Instagram Reels Facebook and YouTube Shorts. This is not a filming role - your primary focus will be editing motion graphics and bringing ideas to life through engaging visuals.

Were looking for someone who understands what makes short-form content successful stays up to date with social media trends and can consistently produce polished high-performing videos that align with our brand and marketing goals.

• Edit engaging short-form video ads for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

• Transform scripts and creative concepts into polished high-performing videos.

• Add captions motion graphics animations sound effects music and visual effects.

• Source and incorporate stock footage AI-generated assets and other creative materials when needed.

• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and advertising formats.

• Collaborate with copywriters marketers designers and other creative team members throughout the production process.

• Stay up to date with editing trends viral content formats and emerging creative techniques.

• Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

• Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.

• Experience creating short-form content and video advertisements.

• Experience with Morioka-style design 3D animation and modern SaaS-style animations is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve CapCut or similar editing software.

• Strong understanding of pacing storytelling hooks transitions subtitles and sound design.

• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye.

• Ability to work independently collaborate with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
