Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Return Intern to join our Employee Programs team.
In this role you will be responsible for creating engaging online learning modules using Adobe Storyline and collaborating globally on digital training content.
What Youll Do
In this role you will:
Design and build interactive online learning modules from provided scripts and transcripts using Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate.
Collaborate with the Employee Programs team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate training content and ensure accurate messaging voice and flow in multiple languages.
Ensure compliance with organizational branding and learning standards through deck clean-ups administrative reporting in Workday and project analysis for continuous improvement.
Support internal and external engagement by assisting with employee communications and analyzing customer-facing project data to recommend learning experience improvements.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
02 years of experience or current enrollment in a degree program focused on Graphic Design Marketing Communications or UX/UI.
Strong knowledge of technology platforms including Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Google Slides and PowerPoint with experience in Articulate Storyline or 11 Labs being a plus.
Proven ability in creative design attention to detail in technical writing and a design eye for social-media-style content or podcasting.
An online portfolio or website showcasing previous creative design animation podcasting work video editing or multimedia projects.

Salary details: $28.00 per hour.
Shifts: Standard business hours / Flexible.

Reasonably expected salary range: $58400.00 - $73000.00Please note that an employees starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState Municipal Provincial Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage employees are entitled to the higher rate.
