Youllwork with a cross-functional team consisting of IT developers business analysts business leadersand others to help turnmarketingideas and concepts into delivereduser experiences for our requires collaborating with a variety of technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes correct errors in a timely manner andimplement changes tothe content managementsystem.Youllbe responsible forconfiguringnewdesigns for site contentupdatinguser storiesexecutingmonitoring plansfacilitatingtestingand maintaining high standards for aconsumer-facingoperation.

Responsibilities

As our Content Author you will:

  • Act as thecontent authorand expertforall consumer and customer-facing websites understanding the operation ofthesystem anditsdependencies.
  • Working withproduct owners architects UX designers and development teams to ensure thewebsite content isconfigured tested and approvedfor each release.
  • Oversee digital assets ensuring optimization for web performance and search.
  • Be responsible and accountable for the usability and quality ofconfigured content.
  • Support thebacklog of work to be completed appropriatelycompleting work itemsbased on business need and company value.
  • Provide regular and transparent updates to the business on the status ofcontent updates calling out any risks anddependencies.
  • Provide quality oversight for deployments including multi-step scheduling and user acceptance testing plans.
  • Execute and/or oversee rigorous cross-browser and mobile testing to ensure appropriaterenderingacrossall devices.
  • Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide suggestions and opportunities for improvement in the setup and design of the content management system. Collaborate with members of product anddevelopment teamstodriveimprovement prioritization.
  • Understand and manage to deadlines cost constraints and impact on other teams and make resource and design trade-offs based on those factors
  • Work within an Agile Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience managingcustomer-facing web applications.
  • 5years ofcontent management system(CMS) administration experience including work acrosscomplex and cross-functional organizations. Specific focus onAcquia and Drupal platforms preferred.
  • Experiencewithdesign tools such as Figma or AdobeCreative Cloud.
  • Proficiency in PHP HTML and CSS.
  • KnowledgeableofWCAG standards and SEO best practices.
  • Experience usinganalytics and behaviortools( Analytics FullStory LogRocket)to monitor performance andrecommendcontent improvements.
  • Strong facilitation interpersonal consensus-building anddecision-makingskills.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to engagetechnical and non-technicalaudiences.
  • Ability to present technical concepts diagrams and other assets to business management and technical audiences.
  • Strongdocumentation skills for defining and producing technical and functional specifications.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement prioritize own workand meet deadlines.
  • Ability tosimplifycomplex workflow and execution scenariosinto clear actionable solutions.
  • Recognize and resolve ambiguous conflicting objectives.
