The Performance Improvement Healthcare Consulting team helps healthcare organizations achieve sustainable results by addressing margin erosion through targeted improvement strategies. By aligning strategic operational and financial initiatives they identify opportunities and support leadership in implementing impactful changes. With a focus on strengthening margins the team empowers providers to fulfill their mission and thrive in todays evolving healthcare environment.
What You Will Do:
- Support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives including:
- Clinical operations and workforce optimization
- Workforce productivity and expense evaluations
- Detailed service line analyses
- System throughput enhancement
- Interfacing with all levels of management both internally and at client sites
- Performing benchmarking analysis and analyzing financial records to identify opportunities for improved financial performance
- Interfacing with all levels of management both internally and at client sites
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or a Healthcare-related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations
