Do

Consultants play an integral role within our project teams.Consultantsare responsible forstructuring and executing analyses that support projectobjectivesand are typically assigned to one or two project teams simultaneously.As a Consultantat DuckerCarlisleyour work will be rigorousandits impact will be evident.You will have exposure toclientfacing opportunities. KeyResponsibilities:

  • Build data models and conduct quantitative analyses toevaluateinventory procurement cost service and operational performance
  • Clean structurevalidate and reconcile large datasets from multiple client sources
  • Analyzedatasets toidentifytrends root causesperformance gaps andimprovementrecommendations for clients
  • Develop repeatable analytical tools and models to support scenario analysis and client decision-making
  • Develop data visualizations dashboards and other analytical outputs
  • Translatecomplexanalysis into clear insights implications and recommended actions
  • Present findings to clients and to senior consulting staff
  • Manage assignedanalyticalworkstreams including analysis planning progress tracking quality control andtimelycompletion of deliverables
  • Collaborate with project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment



Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegreein engineering supply chain operations economics mathematics statistics data analytics computer science or a related quantitative disciplinewith a strong academic record
  • 2yearsof professional experience performing analytics within supply chain inventory procurement manufacturinglogistics or a closely related operations environment
  • Demonstrated experience using data to solve inventory procurement or other supply chain business problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including experience working with largeand imperfectdatasets data modeling and data visualization
  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel;expertiseinPython R SQL or other statisticaltoolsis preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillswith the ability to summarize complex analysis clearly and professionally
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce client-ready work
  • Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements



Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $90000 $115000annually. Exactcompensation isdeterminedbased upon qualificationsexperience and nsultants are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company team and individual performance.

Please Note:We encourage all our staff to work froma Ducker Carlisle officeas often as isfeasible; our hybrid work schedule suggests that most local team members work in the office 3-4 days per week when they are not traveling to clients.
