Im currently partnering with a highly respected commercial painting contractor in the Charlotte market that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial painting and coatings projects from award through closeout

Coordinate with clients general contractors vendors and field personnel

Oversee project schedules budgets job costing and safety compliance

Review plans specifications and project documentation

Conduct site visits and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

Lead and support field teams while maintaining strong customer relationships

Resolve project challenges and maintain a high level of quality throughout execution

Qualifications

3 years of Project Management experience within commercial painting or coatings

Strong understanding of surface preparation coatings systems and application methods

Experience managing multiple projects crews and deadlines simultaneously

Proven success with scheduling budgeting and client communication

Strong leadership organization and problem-solving skills
