What You Will Do:

  • Keep projects moving: Coordinate project intake activities and maintain accurate project records from start to finish.
  • Own the details: Organize and manage customer project and contract documentation within designated business systems.
  • Be the connection point: Partner with customers and internal teams to gather information provide updates and support successful project execution.
  • Support project success: Assist with contract administration invoicing reporting and other project support activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Maintain accurate project data while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What You Will Need:

  • Stay organized and adaptable: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage technology effectively: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Teams SharePoint and other business systems.
  • Communicate with confidence: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Bring relevant experience: Experience in project coordination customer service administrative support or a related field preferred.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
