• Be the on-site Point-of-Contact for every construction project
• Ensure a positive customer experience and promote overall satisfaction.

• Coordinate and perform construction processes per work orders and schedules created by Construction Manager.
• Perform job site activities including staging installing drywall and trim applying texture painting and cabinet installation.
• Use equipment efficiently and ensure proper handling and protection of jobsite materials.

• Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned maintained and stored properly.
• Perform assigned vehicle and equipment maintenance on daily weekly and monthly schedules.
• Oversee facility and grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.

• Continue developing expertise in construction procedures tools products and standards.
• Communicate effectively with managers and office staff regarding project status and concerns.
• Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned by leadership.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction (drywall paint trim cabinetry preferred).
• Jobsite and Personnel Leadership Skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Regularly lift 50 pounds independently; occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Stand walk climb ladders and work overhead for extended periods.
• Work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
• Perform repetitive motions such as pushing pulling lifting and carrying.
• Tolerate exposure to noise dust chemicals fumes and varying environmental conditions.
• Wear a respirator when required.

• MondayFriday 7:30 a.m.5:00 p.m. with occasional overtime nights and weekends.
• Local travel required; occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary.
