Construction Superintendent

Superintendents supervise all Subcontractors Consultants Vendors and Assistant Superintendents on a daily basis. This supervision ensures adequate manpower is available for each task and work is performed in compliance. This position is responsible for monitoring project security personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Knowledge of the retail construction industry including reading & interpreting blueprints.
Must have excellent communication skills
Travel up to 95% of the time and often be on overnight shift due to occupied Retail clients.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Own and have experience using hand and power tools
Work effectively on a team successfully manage a team of up to 5
Candidate must be able to manage an on-site project from kick-off to close-out while managing and directing other 5 trades
Able to work overnight as needed
