Role Overview:

Were looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead field execution of build-outs tenant improvements and capital projects across CHAOSs entire multi-sitemanufacturing lab and office portfolio. This role requires regular travel across CHAOSs portfolio of sites to oversee concurrentprojects with time allocated based on active job site ideal candidate thrives managing multiple concurrent job sites in a fast-scalingenvironment brings deep trade and code knowledge and can operate with minimal existinginfrastructure while helping build the FM programs construction standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day field execution of construction tenant improvement and capitalprojects across CHAOSs manufacturing lab and office facilities.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for general contractors subcontractors architects and engineers; run pre-construction progress and closeout meetings.
• Review and enforce adherence to construction documents specifications applicablebuilding codes and local AHJ/permit requirements.
• Track project schedules and budgets; flag risks delays and change orders to the Director ofFacilities and executive stakeholders with supporting documentation.
• Manage RFIs submittals and quality control walkthroughs; maintain punch lists throughsubstantial completion and final closeout.
• Coordinate job site safety compliance (OSHA EHS protocols) and enforce contractor safetyplans across active work areas.
• Partner with the FM SME superintendent group to sequence trade work and validatebuilding systems tie-ins during construction.
• Coordinate with EHS/Compliance and cleared personnel on any build requirements touchingsecure or classified spaces without independently managing classified scope.
• Maintain organized audit-ready project documentation: contracts drawings RFIssubmittals inspection records and closeout packages.
• Support acquisition due diligence and onboarding of new sites by assessing physicalcondition code compliance gaps and buildout scope.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10-15 years experience as a construction superintendent or equivalent field leadership roleon commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience managing tenant improvement and capital build-out projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes and permit/AHJ processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural structural mechanical electrical and plumbingdrawings and specifications.
• Proven experience coordinating general contractors subcontractors and multiple trades onconcurrent job sites
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Regular travel required (typically 25-50% higher during active build phases) across CHAOSsmulti-site portfolio

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with manufacturing lab or cleanroom environments.
• Experience working on defense government or other secure-facility contractor sites.
• Familiarity with SCIF/ICD 705 construction requirements or willingness to work alongside cleared personnel on secure builds.
• Experience reviewing BAS/BMS and controls tie-ins on mechanical/electrical systems.
• Eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance.
• Passport/ability to travel internationally without restriction.
