Construction Site Superintendent

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead industrial agricultural or food processing construction projects from site mobilization through equipment installation startup and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontractors trade foremen and site activities.

• Manage project schedules site logistics safety and quality.

• Oversee civil concrete structural millwright and process equipment installation.

• Monitor progress resolve field issues and maintain daily project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.

Requirements:

• 7 years of construction experience including 3 years in a superintendent or field leadership role.

• Experience in industrial agricultural grain milling or food processing construction.

• Greenfield construction experience preferred.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification First Aid/CPR and applicable competent-person training required.

• Must be willing to travel full-time and temporarily relocate to project sites across the U.S.
