Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee commercial renovation and ground-up construction projects ensuring they are completed safely on time within budget and according to quality standards. This role manages client relationships project teams schedules budgets subcontractors and overall project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from planning through completion.
• Prepare project estimates budgets schedules and pay applications.
• Coordinate internal teams subcontractors vendors and clients.
• Manage project scope costs schedules and change orders.
• Select and manage subcontractors and review their pay applications.
• Prepare change order proposals and material invoices.
• Work closely with the Project Superintendent on scopes schedules and site logistics.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project performance quality safety and profitability.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction preferably with a General Contractor.
• Strong experience with construction estimating budgeting scheduling and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of construction procedures materials and safety/quality standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams of various sizes.
• Strong communication negotiation leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Strong client-service mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
