Construction Project Manager IV

AECOM Transportation in Des Moines IA is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager IV to manage rail and transit design and construction projects.

• Directs and manages the entire project (often various projects simultaneously) provides guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies and act as the primary liaison between AECOM and clients. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project including their accordance with design budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage procurement through contract closeout.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS and 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Valid Drivers License required to visit project sites clients and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or similar field 8 years of project management and/or construction management experience within the transportation-related construction industry or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience within the rail / transit industry
• Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience utilizing Primavera P6 MS Project and/or similar project management information software.
