Job Summary

Required Experience
  • 5 to 10 years of construction experience.
  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within heavy civil specialty or geotechnical construction.
  • Experience managing deep foundations earth retention drilling shoring or ground improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating budgeting cost control forecasting and project financials.
  • Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining schedule quality safety and budget requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with field crews superintendents clients subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

Preferred Experience
  • Design-build project experience involving shoring foundations or specialty geotechnical construction.
  • Experience working with union labor and skilled craft teams.
  • Experience across both public and private sector projects.
  • Experience managing tight-access technically challenging or urban construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Manage geotechnical construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeout.
  • Prepare and review estimates proposals scopes and bid packages.
  • Develop and manage project budgets schedules forecasts and cost controls.
  • Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to support safe and efficient project execution.
  • Manage subcontractors suppliers and vendors against project scope schedule quality and cost requirements.
  • Identify project risks and resolve changing site conditions design issues and operational constraints.
  • Maintain client relationships through clear communication and consistent project delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineers and internal teams on design-build projects.
  • Review work against contracts drawings specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage change orders subcontractor costs material expenditures and project financial performance.
  • Lead internal project meetings and client-facing project discussions.
  • Support jobsite safety initiatives and address project-specific risks.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and share lessons learned across project teams.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $100000 to $140000 based on experience.
