Construction Project Manager - Cleveland OH - JOB 26-00392

Salary Range: $80000 -$100000 Full-TimePermanent Position with Benefits

A premier Cleveland Ohio area commercial construction firm ishiringanexperienced Construction Estimator / Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Analyze project blueprints architectural drawings and technical specifications to build highly accurate labor material and equipment cost estimates.
Oversee commercial waterproofing and restoration projects from start to finish ensuring execution remains on schedule and within budget.
Prepare comprehensive take-offs defined scopes of work and formal bid packages. Evaluate subcontractor quotes to compile competitive client proposals.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients subcontractors vendors and internal field operations teams to keep project goals aligned.
Manage and track critical project documentation including contracts change orders schedules and daily/weekly progress reports.
Actively identify and develop local project leads while fostering long-term relationships with regional subcontractors.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
MS Project Smartsheet or equivalent.
Document Control: Bluebeam Procore.
Productivity & Communication: MS Office Suite (Excel expert preferred) MS Teams Zoom Adobe Acrobat.
Minimum 5 years of dedicated commercial construction cost estimation and project management experience with a proven focus on restoration projects.
Prior experience working with specialty or self-performing contractors is highly preferred.
Strong technical understanding of various façade systems and materials including masonry concrete stone curtain walls windows and roofing.
Knowledge of historic preservation principles and restoration techniques is a major plus.
Exceptional blueprint reading skills robust contract literacy and sharp negotiation/conflict resolution abilities.
