Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre construction through completion.
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors vendors architects engineers and clients.
  
• Review plans specifications contracts RFIs submittals and change orders.
  
• Monitor project costs quality progress and schedule.
  
• Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates.
  
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  
• Ensure work is completed safely professionally and according to project requirements.
  
• Manage punch lists inspections and project closeout.

Qualification

• 35 years of construction project management experience preferred.
  
• Experience with commercial or residential construction projects.
  
• Strong understanding of construction processes scheduling budgeting and contracts.
  
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  
• Excellent communication leadership organization and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• A Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field is preferred but relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
