Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre construction through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors vendors architects engineers and clients.
- Review plans specifications contracts RFIs submittals and change orders.
- Monitor project costs quality progress and schedule.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure work is completed safely professionally and according to project requirements.
- Manage punch lists inspections and project closeout.
Qualification
- 35 years of construction project management experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial or residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes scheduling budgeting and contracts.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication leadership organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field is preferred but relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
