We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the administrative operations of our Services division due growth. This in-person office-based role ensures that every service project is properly scheduled documented billed and closed out. The Coordinator serves as a central point of organization between customers field technicians and internal team with positioning to grow into a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules in collaboration with shop and operations personnel
- Maintain comprehensive job documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Process change orders billing and customer invoices
- Record labor materials and project costs within company systems
- Submit inspection reports and compliance documentation by required deadlines
- Respond to customer inquiries before during and after service work
- Prepare project status updates for project managers and leadership
- Manage vendor and supplier documentation
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in construction or engineering within administrative or project management adjacent role
- Proficiency with project tracking and documentation software
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate between customers and field personnel
- Associates / Bachelors degree preferred
