Job Description:

Overview:

The Construction Manager positionis responsible foroverseeing infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction through closeout managing schedule budget quality and safety while coordinating with contractors clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project scope schedule budget safety and quality to support on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Lead project administration activities such as RFIs submittals change management pay applications and closeout documentation as applicable.

• Coordinate with contractors clients agencies and internal disciplines to resolve issues andmaintainproject progress.

• Maintain and review project documentation and reporting to track progress compliance and risks.

• Promote job site safety and oversee applicable environmental compliance requirements.

• Lead and mentor project staff supporting team development and effective workload coordination.
• Facilitate startup/commissioning activities punch lists and coordination with supporting teams (e.g. document control survey environmental land acquisition) as applicable.

• Support constructability reviews and value engineering efforts to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management ora relatedfield or equivalent relevant experience.

• 6 years of progressive construction management experience.

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) strongly preferred

• Demonstrated capability leading project teams and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of project controls documentation and construction administration processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

• Ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationships with others.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Reliability and dependability.

• Ability to work Monday Friday 8am 5pm with overtime as needed.
