Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, ORPM, CSF, PCG

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking an experienced Construction Manager Project Coordinator ORPM CSF PCG to work alongside our key clients large scale ground-up commercial real estate construction project. The role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery from inception through to commissioning.

What youll do

• Coordinate daily project activities between clients contractors architects engineers and vendors to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor construction progress schedule milestones and project deliverables identifying and escalating potential risks or delays.
• Review construction documents drawings RFIs and submittals to support project compliance and constructability.
• Assist with procurement activities including contractor coordination long-lead equipment tracking and vendor follow-up.
• Support project planning scheduling budgeting and reporting processes ensuring accurate and timely project data.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities quality standards safety compliance and project progress.
• Coordinate project meetings prepare meeting minutes track action items and maintain communication among stakeholders.
• Support risk management issue resolution and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with commissioning inspections punch-list management and project closeout activities.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and uploaded within designated document management systems.
• Collaborate with cost scheduling and project controls teams to provide accurate project status reporting and dashboard updates.
• Promote adherence to health safety quality and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 8 years project management experience.
• Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
• Proficient expert experience level using Microsoft tools (MS Project Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead coordinate & organize multiple stakeholders including general contractor and deliver project/program status reports as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
• Develops good working relationships with project team.
• Ability to work on site.
